How do you process the unimaginable? My heart feels heavy today hearing the news of the tragedy in Las Vegas. It's moments like this when its important to remember that we are the love, compassion, kindness and light the world needs right now.

I am deeply saddened by the news of this senseless act. During this difficult time, I offer my love, hope, compassion and prayers to a sometimes very scary, but also very beautiful world. I promise to always try my best to treat others with respect and kindness, to show appreciation and to take responsibility for the energy, actions and words I put out into the world. Be the love, be the light, be the peace- embody the changes you wish to see and cherish every single moment you have.
