A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing healing experience where a practitioner uses specifically tuned vibrational instruments to re-balance your physical body, align and harmonize your chakras and help you reach elevated states of inner peace and bliss. Sound is energy medicine that produces a high vibrational field to help you balance, heal and restore on a cellular level and a sacred space is created for a deeper connection within. During a Celestial Sound Bath, Erika creates a multi-sensory healing experience that infuses the ancient healing modality of Reiki, aromatherapy with DoTerra essential oils, mindful guided meditations, and live ethereal vocals with Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls, planetary gongs, celestial chimes, shamanic drumming and sacred instruments from around the world. Her soothing, angelic melodies and heart-centered activations will help align and harmonize your chakras, open your heart space and inspires each listener to reach elevated states of peace, serenity, and bliss. Come ready to relax, recharge and receive all the unique healing benefits of crystalline sound to help calm your mind, nourish your body, and soothe your spirit. Please bring an open heart and positive intentions to create a comfortable space for healing. *Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, wear comfortable clothing and/or bring a blanket and pillow for extra comfort (some may be available at the studio)* Doors open at 7:45 and we will begin at 8:00pm.
